You had better hope that they learned their lessons well in school when you are in a hospital, go to a restuarant, hire a repairman - or consult with an attorney or accountant or lawyer.
As to transit and police, I find it hard to believe that you find them no use, or you are so afaid to go out that you might have well be in Idaho.

Why? Because there are two sets of criteria for landmark designation.
1. A rich upper middle class white communtiy.
2. jim crow for us 'niggas'.
yet everyone pays for a program that most of us will never enjoy.
Do a survay of designated areas. No way in hell do they resemble the real New York that is footing the bill.
The law should be stuck from the books and 95% of the city would not tremble. Why should we care about 5% who have never given the slightest indication the rest of us are getting a raw deal?
