This is the only time The Parks Dept cares.
They show looking confiscate Texico stars, parts & Kewall panels from the NYSP they threw into the dumpster ages ago.
There is a guy who went up on tower 1 recently. Used the stairs (the bird shit story is BS fron the parks dept) He has a goldmine including glow in the dark VIP Badges from 1964.
When Estelle Cooper got wind of that and some people that had an orgy up there) of it all hell broke loose.
They threw another fence around it that blocks people from looking.
Tower 1 was called "Spankys" it was a private bar and bathrooms for the 1964 polititions)
Thats why there is plumbing up there.
I have some Kewall, Blue Globes in safe keeping from NYC Parks.
The city and parks dept are so full of shit !
