Really Mussed up

Third-generation Queens developer, Joshua Muss, said Friday that the borough is an exciting place to do business and that it has a bright future as a residential center.

Speaking at a symposium on trends and opportunities for entrepreneurs at Queens College, the Forest Hills developer described Mayor Michael Bloomberg as enlightened.

The developer claimed that every unit of housing sold is affordable — it’s affordable to those who bought it.

Bright Future Predicted In Queens

Congressman Joseph Crowley, a Queens College alumni, class of ‘85, also spoke and agreed that there was a lot to be excited about in Queens.

“I walked outside in Jackson Avenue, Long Island City, and didn’t know where I was,” he said, describing the development there as “smart.”

Hmmm, well if you didn't recognize the place, then that would seem to indicate that the development was not done appropriately.

If you like Joe Crowley's comments, you'll love those of his cousin, Liz, who claims to be against overdevelopment.

Dizzy Lizzie is against overdevelopment because of her experiences in school. She was told repeatedly that study and hard work would develop her mind.

Clearly, she opposed any study and any hard work at all.

Thus, her stand against overdevelopment is more likely to be a family trait. Look at her cousin in LIC. He couldn't even read a street sign to know where he was. What a set of sad sacks!
