This is located at 66th Street and Woodside Ave. This space was once occupied by two 2-family houses and a piece of open space. Now it looks as though 20+ units are crammed into this castle of crap. 
We've seen uglier things than the upper 3 floors, but for some reason the architect decided to have the first floor resemble a prison. So exposed many gas meters are sticking right out on the strret that it looks like a refinery.
